A quiet studio, working
across generations.
We are a family-owned real estate practice, twenty-five years old, headquartered in Kolkata and working across fifteen Indian cities. This is the long story.

Twenty-five years,
one obsession.
Aurevia began in 2001 as a two-partner design practice, in a small studio above a bookshop on Camac Street. Our first commission was a four-unit row house for a family of doctors, and the discipline we developed on that one project — of writing an architectural brief before quoting a price — has shaped every commission since.
Twenty-five years later, that discipline has grown into an integrated practice of 340 architects, engineers, project managers, community leads and craftspeople, working on residences, villas and workspaces across fifteen Indian cities.
We remain family-owned, which allows us to think in decades rather than quarters.
To design and build homes and workspaces across India that quietly outperform time — in craft, in comfort and in resale value.
For Aurevia to be the developer that a serious architect would choose to build with, and that a discerning family would return to for a second and a third home.
Milestones,
quietly earned.
Started as a two-partner practice designing boutique row houses in Ballygunge and Alipore.
Delivered Aurevia One, our first mixed-use commercial and residential campus, in Rajarhat.
Opened studios in Bengaluru and Chennai and completed our first tech-park boutique tower.
Launched Verdora, a dedicated luxury villa brand, with our first hillside project in Lonavala.
Fifteen-city coverage across metros and select tier-2 markets, with 40+ live projects.
Formalised our in-house design, wellness and sustainability studios as independent practices.
